Fact and Fiction About Covid

Fact and Fiction About Covid

For reasons that aren’t entirely clear, except to conspiracy theorists who have all kinds of weird and wacky ideas on the matter, the Covid virus has become blown up out of all proportion and is being used as yet another excuse by governments to restrict freedom.

The virus Covid 19 was allegedly first identified in around November or December 2019. Its first appearance was in Wuhan, China. Ever since its true origin has been argued about -  was it a deliberate release by the Chinese government as a form of germ warfare, an accidental discharge from a lab in the city or just yet another virus transmitted by animals? No one knows and probably no one will ever know.

Now what began as a local epidemic soon spread to other countries. By January 2020 governments, either genuinely or not, were panicking about it. Britain held back longer than some other countries but soon became caught up in the same heavy-handed and disproportionate response that other countries showed.

Before long lockdowns of varying degrees of severity were being introduced. The effect was catastrophic. The economy, particularly in the sectors of tourism, hospitality and entertainment, were devastated. People lost their jobs, businesses collapsed and the mental and physical health of the people suffered dramatically.

Phoney figures were quickly trotted out to pretend that what was going on was a pandemic on a par with the Black Death or at least the post-First World War Spanish flu. It was nothing of the kind.

Even with the grossly inflated figures put about by those who benefit from the Covid hysteria, the disease has a 99% survival rate.

Much better than cancer, heart attack, dementia, stroke, pneumonia and other far more common and more dangerous conditions.

The hospitals and doctors were said to be ‘overwhelmed’ by the pressure of Covid. Funnily enough, whenever you go to a hospital it’s always virtually empty and with ten times as many staff standing about doing nothing as there are patients in the place. As for doctors, it’s virtually impossible to get a face to face appointment with your GP and they waste your time with telephone ‘consultations’ that achieve nothing. On top of that, at least in Britain, most GPs work 2 days a week for a minimum salary of 100 grand a year! Yet more deliberate lying by the medical mafia!

What gets to me most of all is the deliberate and blatant dishonesty of whoever is orchestrating this campaign of fear. One minute we’re all urged to get an unproven vaccine, then a second dose, and now a third dose. My gut instinct is we’ll be exhorted to get jab after jab ad infinitum and ad nauseam.

Now they’re saying, oh, maybe the vaccine isn’t quite as effective as we thought so we’ll need to tweak it or produce a new one so you can be guinea pigs yet again.

So big pharma is making billions out of human misery and of course they don’t want their gravy train to hit the buffers!

Of course public sector workers are living the life of Reilly; they hardly work, have total job security, are paid by us taxpayers and don’t have to worry about going bust, paying their workers, paying overheads like rent and business rates.

They love being able to do virtually nothing and draw inflated wages and salaries from it. The quacks, the teachers, the lecturers and Uncle Tom Cobblers and all just love the state they’re in with Joe and Josephine Muggins paying the bill for their narcissistic self-indulgence.

The media presents daily ‘figures’ of ‘positive cases’ and ‘deaths’ but when you consider that for there to be around 40,000 people a day testing positive you’d need to be testing at least 300,000 a day (one so-called expert claimed a million a day were being tested) you’d have to ask yourself – where? Who are these people? I only know three people who’ve been tested and in each case because they wanted to go abroad on holiday.

And of course the ‘deaths’ are equally bogus. The most notorious example is maybe the father of the journalist Bel Mooney whose father was in hospital and was repeatedly tested for Covid and repeatedly tested negative for Covid.  In spite of that when he finally died what do you think they put on his death certificate as cause of death? That’s right, Covid; the Covid that repeated testing had shown he didn’t have.

And people who test positive for Covid and then die of something else are also being put down as ‘Covid’ deaths.

People have died in car accidents and had their death recorded as ‘Covid’ deaths.

These lying toerags need to be called out and shown up as the hypocritical self-serving twicers they are.

I think we should – right at the beginning – have shielded the most vulnerable and let the rest of the population get on with its life.

The effect of lockdown has been disastrous on physical and mental health. The suicide rate has soared 200% since the pandemic. Deaths from cancer and so on have increased because of the medical mafia’s neglect of anything other than Covid.

Out of the annual deaths in the UK Covid – even on the fiddled figures – is only responsible for 6.2% of deaths. Way below cancer, heart attacks, strokes, dementia and other killers.

It’s hysterical nonsense about a pandemic that doesn’t exist - as a pandemic -  and for nearly all those who do catch it – I personally know 6 people who’ve caught it – it’s no worse than a bad cold.

Enough is enough.

We need to stop governments taking away our freedom.

We need to stop big pharma conning us into swelling their bloated coffers.

We need to get back to ordinary life and just protect the vulnerable.

Covid isn’t a hoax but it’s been blown up out of all proportion.

A disease that only kills 1% of those who catch it is just not worth all the over-reaction.

Let's put an end to the hysteria and lying and let's get on with our lives!

The Uncaring 'Professions:

At the moment it's a toss-up which bunch of self-serving twicers is getting up my nose more - the 'healthcare professionals,' the 'teachers' and 'lecturers.' the 'civil servants' or the Green fascists.

All of them just think about themselves and don't care about the effect of their actions on ordinary people.

We've had the hysteria about Covid followed by the farce of lockdown; we've had so-called environmentalists lying through their teeth and ruining ordinary people's lives and even leading to the death of other people through their actions.

We've got the politicos jumping on the lies from the eco-fascists; people have lost jobs, become ill, died or even killed themselves.

And what do the bloody elite scumbags do about it?

Naff all, that's what.

These privileged poseurs are sitting pretty while ordinary folk have to struggle to survive.

The latest piece of disgraceful behaviour is the British Medical Association (BMA) threatening strike action.

Why? Because the government - and God knows they're a shower - have told GPs (General Practitioners - the doctors you hope to be able to see at their surgery) to bring back face to face appointments rather than the joke of 'telephone appointments.'

The poor snowflakes are threatening to strike in spite of the fact that a) they're paid a MINIMUM of £150,000 a year; b) most of them only work 2 days a week.

They say it's 'too stressful' and 'the burden of their workload is too much.'

Tell that to some poor so and so who has to work long hours for a pittance!

But these scumbags have NO consideration for anyone except themselves.

A total disgrace to their 'profession!'

People I admire and why

I admire a lot of people and they're often quite different from each other.

What they nearly all have in common is that they're fighters.

If I give you a brief list of about a dozen or so you may see what I mean a bit.

These are not in any particular order.

Nelson Mandela

Elizabeth Fry

Michael Sadler

Richard Oastler

William Cobbett

Earl of Shaftesbury

Martin Luther King

Elizabeth I

David Ben Gurion

I could go on but it gives you a bit of an idea.

All of them stood up for what they believed to be right even though people - often most people - told them it wouldn't work and they might as well roll over and die.

They had the guts to keep on fighting and eventually they won.

Good for them!

Some things I like

I love the countryside, especially trees, woods, plants and animals. I feel at peace when I'm in that sort of environment even though I grew up in the big city.

Luckily enough we've moved to the countryside and I can raise my family in a slower pace of life.

Isn't it nice to be able to look up and see the sky and the stars and the trees rustling in the breeze?

I also love music, dancing, and of course writing.

I started a novel about two years ago but have only managed to write the first eight chapters of it because I've now got to the point (it's basically autobiographical) where I have to write about the part of my life that I'm most ashamed of and I find it difficult.

Hello, everyone!

Hi there. I'm Linda Marshall and this is my new blog. I'll use it to sound off on the things I like and don't like and maybe post a few other things as well.

Let's see how it goes, right?
